hi ben! my name's megan and i'm from texas, but i have lived in taiwan for one year now. i teach english to kids your age.
i wanted to tell you about some of my favorite things about taiwan. -there are lots of shops on the street where you can buy all kinds of drinks. i think you would really like chocolate milk tea. in chinese, it sounds like 'cho-kuh-lee nie cha'. -taiwanese kids love school supplies and they all have their own pencil case with white out tape, pens with lots of colors, and big erasers -at night time, there are big markets where you can play games to win toys, buy lots of different food and see lots of cool things.
i'm going back to texas in a month, but i'm looking forward to reading more about your life in taiwan. have fun!
